TORA - the pop/rock band fronted by Norway’s new guitar heroine Tora Dahle Aagård - will release their new album Girls 10th September. Tora has achieved worldwide recognition and popularity due to her playful virtuosity, raw energy and unique stage presence.

New soundscapes

The band’s first eponymously titled album was released in 2019 and featured pop/rock music with deep roots in blues and soul. Girls is TORA’s second full album. As well as new, catchy pop songs such as Desire and Money, the album includes stripped-down, honest songs such as Lately.

“It was important for me to show my versatility on this album. I don’t play only blues or only rock. I am inspired by so much different music that this album had to end up with lots of contrasts”, explains Tora.

Girls features exciting new collaborations with acclaimed musicians Joey Landreth and drummer Aaron Sterling (John Mayer).
